is XFX Radeon Double D R9 270X Video Card - 2GB DDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), AMD CrossFire - R9-270X-CDFC a good idea to upgrade to from radeon Hd 8570 or is there something better to up grade too thats under 250 ( got 600 watts)

It is a very nice upgrade, crossfire 270X performs as well as a 290X for less cash. But it is very important to get the 4gb version (I believe MSI has a 4GB one for like the same price) if you are going to Crossfire.
