I have no idea what I should go with, whether it be a molex connector or a fan controller.

The case is a Cooler Master n200, it comes with one front and one rear 120mm fans. I'm going to shift the stock front fan to the rear and buy two Corsair AF120 fans for the front, I've also got a Cooler Master 212 EVO as my CPU cooler. I have no idea as to how I should house all of these fans or necessarily the amounts of power they draw. (Yes, this is my very first build.)

Motherboard: Asus A-78M-E MicroATX FM2+
CPU: AMD A10 5800K
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 EVO
Fans: Two Cooler Master 120mm fans (preinstalled) Two Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition 120mm fans)

Any assistance would be ideal.

Thanks!

If you're not worried about noise, you could go with Molex for the case fans and keep the CPU fan on board.

Fans usually don't draw that much power... it's more about noise level (which increases if all your fans are running at 100%). It all comes down to how many fan connectors you have on your mobo and whether or not you need to control the speed of case fans. I for one have a CM HAF X (comes with 1 front 230mm fan, 2 200mm fans (one top one side panel) and a 140mm in the back. I have them all connected via molex and the one on my heatsink is connected to the board. Technically I could connect 3 of the case fans to the board, but I have my box fan (not for pc cooling) on at max almost all the time so i cant hear a darn thing :p

However if you do care about noise and want to connect via molex, look for low rpm fans.

Noise isn't really a bother for me, I just don't fully know what I'm getting into. I'm not even going to clock the 5800k so maybe it's not even worth buying the aftermarket CPU cooler, I just heard it was recommended.

If you have the room, get the hyper 212 evo. It's cheap and it's going to increase your CPU's life and allow you to overclock in the future if you need to. You need the space though as the heatsink is quite big. So I'd say all case fans go on molex (they have adapters for this) and the CPU fan(s) on board for speed control (since they do not need to be running at max RPM when your CPU is idling).

Also, try to make sure that when you put the fans in, the air goes in and goes out efficently. If you blow all the air out none comes in to cool, and if you take it all in and dont blow any out, it will overheat. So you need to make sure your fans are facing in the right directions.

Thanks for all this information, I was really at a loss of how to go about this.
I've also been looking at fan controllers as well, but if I were to go with a molex connector, could you link me one that I could use based on my fans? (My PSU is a Corsair CX-430 Modular unit)

for Molex (speed reduction for two fans.)

Basically just anything that converts a molex power plug into a 3 pin fan. Plenty of them to choose from. You may want one that supports multiple fans for cable management.

What about hooking up two fans to one connector? I would like to hook up two 120mm fans to my single CPU PWM 4pin connector, adapters do exist I just don't know if the Mobo could handle it.

Adapter I am looking at:
