i have had this issue before but it was a computer/windows issue now its something else. ive ping my router with -t and there wasnt any ping spikes and ive reset router which for me is unplug and plug back in. on speed and ping test site download isnt smooth but uplaod is and ping shows that it couldnt do packet loss but it has 28ms ping and 2ms jitter and 53 down 10 up. i believe its comcasts end not my computer
my bad i did that test on wireless wired shows smooth down and up but ping 27 ping and 7 jitter 0% loss packets so im not sure whats really up
