Hi,

Im soooo confused... I mean, HOW?? My friends pc performs better than mine... Games tested is BF4 and DCS: A-10C Warthog.
He can run same settings as I do without lag... Even I lags sometimes.. And he can run DCS: A-10C Warthog with higher settings than I without lag...

MY setup
AMD FX-8320 @ 4.6GHz
AMD R9 270X 2GB @ 1070MHz
8GB RAM
Windows 8.1
HE's setup
AMD FX-4170
GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1024MB
8GB RAM
Windows 7

So, the hype that AMD sucks appears to be true...? I love AMD :(

Same resolution, 1920x1080. Yea, my drivers are good, except GPU drivers. I find CCC 14.4 better than newer updates. 14.7 gives me a huge FPS decrease in BF4... He's PSU is a Corsair 750watt, I got CoolerMaster G650M 650watt, we have the same SSD, Samsung 840 Evo 120GB, though he doesnt have SATA3, I do...
Its fked up...

I honestly have no clue. My only theory would be that some part of your build is faulty and is causing what is happening to you. It makes no sense that if these two builds were running perfectly that his/hers would be working better.

It has to do with Nvidia and AMD. There were some articles not to long ago about AMD not keeping up on games and Nvidia leading the way. It was talking about BF4 in the article. Of coarse this could be something else as they have had time to work out the software/driver issues.

Its so weird.... Well, I did try AMD CCC 14.4 WHQL again, and it did increase my Graphics score from 6.000 to 6.300, hehe.. Is that low or good for a 270X 2GB on Fire Strike Custom Extreme 1920x1080, FXAA, and the rest set to default(Just as it was)
