Building a new pc and need help with gpus

I am planning on building a pc (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LJKrqs) and i was wondering if i should get the 770 and later on buy an additional 770 or shave off a few bucks and get the 780 ti. Any feedback helps.

I'm looking at your build and it seems unbalanced. You can easily get a gtx 780 by stepping down a bit on the other parts. The issue with sli is that it depends on what games you want to play. Not all games support two graphics cards.
