Alright i'm in a pickle I'm going to need a motherboard that supports everything in this build including all 4 case fans

Theres no reason why they wouldnt. PCI layouts are generally standard, as are PCIe.
PCparpicker didnt show any issues as well.

Its a PCIe X1. Which means it will work on X1 or any newer slots, such as X4 or X16 slots, it wont click in, but it will work regardless.
