Grand Theft Auto IV All of Sudden Very Slow

Hello Guys,
Well its pretty much described in title but GTA IV Has been running pretty slow in terms of longer startup times and even FPS dipping into the 10's Randomly

I used to run GTA IV with iCEnhancer 3.0 at 50fps!
My Specs:
Intel i7-4810 2.8GHz
Geforce GTX 870m 3gb vram
8gb ram
I dont get it I used to run at 50fps no fps problems at all with icenhancer?
Could someone please shed some light?

It also Seems to be happening on GTA EFLC

any viruses, new drivers anything you changed that you remeber.

No drivers recently updated this problem started like 2-3 days ago

are there any new drivers out you could upgrade to, try defragging hdd(maybe will help).

My copy of GTA 4 became sluggish a short time ago (never was very good) and I can't find the problem.

I have no problems with any other games.

Yah Samething with me BF3 ultra runs at like 90fps
and comes to GTA IV fps dipping in like 20's?? when i used to get 50 quite bad optimization

sounds like a gta issue at most as it was working and nothing was changed and someone has the same issue.

Already tried that and figured out problem was not even icenhancer because after reinstall i was getting like only 20fps so the problem is not with icenhancer
I am running a Malwares Virus Scan to see if that will help

lets hope so also check out the other links i doubt its your pc as thats good for playing bf4, watch dogs,etc

So I tried that one link that told you to use command lines availablevidmem and 1920 x 1080 commands
and that actually made my gta iv somewhat good but without icenhancer and i dont feel like installing icenhancer right now as i feel it will screw up my performance lol!
But i used the steps on GTA IV EFLC and it didnt work

just use that command line one and try installing icenhancer later. something is definatly wrong and rockstar could careless.

Theres a option to disable icenhancer (shift+f12) and it still seems to be running slow (*EFLC ONLY)
