Hello, I have a wireless USB adapter that picks up internet for my desktop since I don't have an ethernet outlet near my computer nor the router near it. My problem is, up until recently it has stopped picking up my home wifi but it still picks up my neighbors wifi and such. My home wifi still appears and connects for the other people in my house as well as my phone, laptop, etc. I have already tried resetting the tcp/ip stack and the winsock which someone suggested. I have tried restarting my router but not the modem. Also there should be no physical interference since nothing has moved before the problem started. Anyone have any suggestions/ advice? Thanks.

Solution
Uninstall and reinstall the driver for the adapter for the computer.

If that does not work, you can try to reset the router back to factory spec and see if that makes the difference.

If still no luck, I would buy another USB adapter from a different manufacturer.
