Hello. I am building my first PC and I was going to get the R9-280X ($250 on newegg) until I realized the only reason I was going to go with AMD because they tend to be better at mining. I now don't want to mine anymore and don't care if its AMD or Nvidia. What is the best GPU out there that can do the following:

1) Run three monitors, one off DVI-D, one off HDMI and the other off Display port.
2) Have 2-3 fans and great cooling.
3) Not look retarded (preferably blue or black).
4) Similar if not better specs than the R9-280X.
5) Support Crossfire or SLI.
6) Be able to be powered by the EVGA G2 850W PSU.
7) Be compatible with the Gigabyte 970a-ud3p and AMD FX-8350.
8) I will be using this for gaming like COD and GTAV and some Photoshop.
9) And on Newegg, Amazon or Ebay for less than $250.

Thank you for your time!

The GTX 760 has better driver support for Windows 8.1 and has lower temps and power usage. Or you could wait for the GTX 960 to be released. But as long as you have a decent PSU and adequate cooling, then the R9-280X should fit well in your budget.

Nah dont think about GTX770 for me. 2GB Vram will be not good for new games. Wait for the nvidia 9 series if you want. Maybe the GTX960 comes out in your budget and maybe comes with a 3GB Vram, because i saw the new GTX970 will have 4GB Vram so...

You might think about holding out just a little bit and see what aftermarket R9-285's come out.

Otherwise my vote definitely goes for a Sapphire Vapor-X, in that sexy, sexy blue.
