Can I play Skyrim? No mods?

I have a gaming laptop.
The specs are...
core duo p8700 @ 2.53ghz
Geforce GTX 260m
6 gb of ram

Can I play skyrim at about 30 fps or will I experience lag issues? ( no bad fps drops)?

Skyrim released 3 years ago, actually. And the GTX 260m can run comparably performing games at medium settings.
I'd be more worried about that Core 2 Duo.

It actually runs skyrim with zero lag. I'm guessing 30-50 fps but on medium settings
