Alright so my computer has been pisding me off for a month finally taking action.
Anyways after a few hours of using it it will randomly shut off and if your turn it on to soon it will shut off right away.. You have to give it 10 minutes for it to run for about an hour straight.

So I go on my bios and I was looking at temps and once my CPU emp reaches 74C my computer shuts off. I bought some random 6$ thermal paste reapplied it and cleaned all the dust from my computer but same issue! I don't know the problem

EDIT:

When I first got it I over clocked it but then after a month I put it back to default settings and never done it since and its been fine for a year till now.

I have a corsair h60 liquid cooler.
CPU m5 A99X EVO R2.0
I think that's right
I got an r9 280x 3gig card.
Oh yeah I also get blue screens once in a while
is been going on for a month maybe i fucked something up already?
Just shut off again but my GPU temp was at 43C.... Wtf..
I canonly see my CPU temps on bios though. So I dunno what that was at .

Let me ask you this. Where is your H60 pump plugged in to?

what do you mean ;O. its like in one of those pin things. on the back of the case under the radiator.

and i if you mean like the back or top. my radiator and fan for the h60 is plugged into the back of my computer at the top

I mean is the pump plugged into a fan header that is always at +12V? It must be plugged into a source that does not vary the voltage. Normally, the pump should be plugged into a SYS FAN header that is set to full speed all the time. The radiator fan should be plugged into the CPU FAN header so it can be controlled by the MB BIOS.

If the pump is plugged into a fan header that is set to run at anything less than full speed, it will not circulate the coolant sufficiently. It will eventually burn up.

hmhmh. im not sure. i bought the computer built from a website. so it should be fine.
here are my temps if this helps at all

should i just buy a h100i cooler?

because im still wondering why im having problems with my h60 when i had it for a year...

If you're not sure where the H60's pump is plugged into, then you better find out. The pump is the part that sits on the CPU. Follow its cable and see which header it is plugged into.
Yes, your temps are bad. Too hot at max and too hot at min. The PC could be shutting down on thermals. Or it could be shutting down due to an insufficient PSU. What is the make/model of your PSU?

jsut an hour ago i solved my same problem ,, from 1 month i was pissed off from cpu restarting bcz of high temp idle cpu temp were 70-80 and when i open any application temp shot up and restart the system
i installed intel dekstop utilites , cpu meter and gpu meter to check all my temps my cpu was quit high my normal temps on idle were 40-42
apply thermal paste on heat sink and u will be fine and you may also need a cpu cooler as well

i applied thermal paste yesterday. my temps were are like 43ish minimum and then it shot up to 60-70 after like an hour. i justr bought some random thermal paste for 6$ at some random store. should i get some good kind or it wont make a difference.

Good stuff. But be careful not to get any on the MB or CPU pins. AS5 is highly electrically conductive. It contains silver... as the name implies. I switched to MX-4 just so I wouldn't have any accidents.

alrigth so i put my pc to power saving on the power options and now it skyrocketed down...

its at 42 idle right now. it got to 24 lowest.
Minimum processor state is : 0%
and Maximum is: 20%

so my processor is running 20% only..

maybe all this can help me get more answers?

40C at idle is still too warm unless you have a bunch of stuff running in the background. Bloat-ware, ad-ware, nag-ware, that runs when Windows starts. Stuff that you could just as easily disable and only run when needed.

If you have C&Q, C1E, Windows Power set to balanced, and/or any other power saving item enabled, the CPU will run at a reduced speed when not needed.

you are right after few days i am having same experience thermal paste just low temp for few days but now again temps are going high i am getting a new cpu cooler to replace my intel stock cooler

alright so i did not buy the thermal paste the order did not go though so i was like screw it cause that cant be the problem.. i changed my power supply from my old computer to my one that overheating. but same problem...

i removed all 4 of my ram sticks and put in 1 and same problem
i changed my ram sticks and put 1 from my old computer same problem.

so my only issue could be the cooling i guess?
so is my issue my cooler??

i got the h60 liquid cooler running my r9 280x. it was fine for a whole year and now my pc overheats. maybe my cooler died?

but my fan is still spinning in my cooler..

one of my tubes of my cooler is hot and the other tube is cold. is that normal?
it seems to be working, so how can my cooler be the problem?

It appears to be a cooler problem, yes. The FX-8320/8350 get very hot and need good cooling. Did you ever verify where the C60 PUMP was plugged into?
CPU FAN header? SYS FAN header? PSU's Molex connector?

Btw, here are the Arctic Silver 5 instructions in case you want to check to be sure you did it properly. You want to use just a tiny bit, or it will retard cooling instead of enhance it.

its plugged into the CPU FAN header

I tried to tell you that the CPU FAN header is NOT where you plug in the pump. The pump may run at reduced speed and burn up because the CPU FAN header is PWM* controlled and pulses the DC signal. It is designed to run a PWM fan. Plug your radiator fan into the CPU FAN header.

Move the pump connector to a 3 pin fan header and be sure that fan header is set to full on/full speed in BIOS.
or...
Use a 3 pin to Molex adapter and connect the pump directly to any Molex connector from the PSU.
