Hi guys i need your opinion. I have an MSI G31TM-P21 w/ intel E8400 core 2 duo, ATI radeon HD 5450 (sapphire) 1gb ddr3 and a 4gb ram ddr2 667. What kind of power supply should i use?

AMD recommend at least a 400w PSU for a system which has an HD 5450. Get a reliable brand: Corsair, Seasonic or Antec are amongst the best.

You'll probably not need 400w but I'm quoting the GPU manufacturer's recommendation which is always on the high side.
