Solution Phillip Corcoran Sep 15, 2014 AMD recommend at least a 400w PSU for a system which has an HD 5450. Get a reliable brand: Corsair, Seasonic or Antec are amongst the best. You'll probably not need 400w but I'm quoting the GPU manufacturer's recommendation which is always on the high side.
