Ok so I have cooler master silent pro hybrid 1300watt psu which is fully modular and comes with black sleeved cables.
I was wondering if I could use another brands modular cables without have any problems as I have a fully white build and white would match nicer.

This is an example of what I want to use. Thank you

That is an extension, not a replacement cable. The end of the cord that plugs into the PSU will have a proprietary shape (even PSU cords from different series in the same brand cannot always be used e.g. you cannot use the cords from an EVGA B series with an EVGA G2 series PSU). Then end that plugs into motherboards, GPU's etc are standard. The cable you linked connects to the standard end and acts as an extension, so you will still have black connected to the psu and you'll have a heap of cable behind the motherboard panel. The alternative is to sleeve the cables yourself. You can buy stuff from PCCG or alternatively you can use 550 Paracord. If you want it to look really good you can get MDPC sleeving, but it comes out of europe and is very expensive. You can also use Flexi PET sleeving but I haven't found a supplier is Aus. I'll link you some guides.
