Bios update for R61 Lenovo laptop 7733-CTO

Windows 7 64 bit boots up slow. I went to Lenovo's website to update the Phoenix BIOS on my R61 (7733-CTO) laptop. I could not find one. I believe the BIOS file is 7KETC8WW. Please advise. Thank you.

BIOS updates for Lenovo Thinkpad R61 United States models are here: http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-r-series-laptops/thinkpad-r61

In the "Component" box on the left, click the down arrow and select "BIOS".

However, you must ensure you are using the appropriate Lenovo website for your country. If it's not a United States model, hover your mouse over "United States" at the top of the page and select the appropriate country.

I did the same thing. However, there does not seem to be any updates for the R61 7733-CTO model. The Phoenix BIOS website was not of much use either. Any suggestions?

If you click on the README under each BIOS Update Bootable CD listed on the right, the full list of supported models will be shown. I've seen R61 733 on at least one of those README pages. For example here:
