Wow,I didn't know that it was so "cheap".
Get the FX-8320 and the M5A99X.That is a better option now.
You don't really need water cooling if you don't intend to push the FX-8320 over 4.5 GHz.And even then,a good air cooler would be enough.

Either the first or third option.
I would go for the first just because you can overclock the FX-8320 to match it with the FX-8350.
Also,if you haven't bought these parts yet,an i5 and an H97/Z97 motherboard would be a better choice.
