For graphics cards you can try the R9 270X for a little over 14,000Rs. it is a step below the 280.

DDR3 processes considerably slower then DDR5. Generally I preder to have a card with less memory at DDR5 rather then getting a DDR3 card with more memory.

as for Motherboards you can try this one:

It is an MSI Z97 Guard PRO. its a pretty good...

Here is a setup that will do well for gaming. I dont know if you want to overclock at all so the parts I listed will be capable of overclocking. if you do not have interest in overclocking then I can swap out the CPU and motherboard for cheaper models.

CPU: Intel i5 - 4690K - 17,499Rs
http://www.flipkart.com/intel-i5-4690k-processor/p/itmdyzqrusfkyqcz?pid=PSRDYY77HUTEU7ZW&otracker=from-search&srno=p_1&query=i5+4690k&ref=aeb581d5-8065-48ec-962a-8c50cf6849a1
Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Motherboard - 12,000Rs.

RAM: G.Skills 16GB 1600mhz - 12,740Rs.

CPU Cooler: Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO - 2,325Rs. ( currently out of stock but they should have more soon)
http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=cooler+master+hyper+212+evo&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=1_q
Graphics card (GPU) : MSI R9 280 - 19,199Rs.

Power Supply: Seasonic S12 II 620W - 6,099Rs.

Cabinet: Cooler Master Elite 311 - 2,492Rs.

that should cover you for everythying. I gave you 16GB of RAM instead of 12 because its better to have matching sticks for Duel Channel mode.

Of course now that I add it up this doesnt come anywhere near your budget at 72,354Rs. LOL sorry about that.

you have a starting point at least and you can shave large amounts off by downgrading the CPU and RAM, for example if you get a 4690 instead of the 4690K, you wont be able to overclock but you will save considerable amounts of money. same thing if you drop the RAM from 16GB to 8GB, you will still have plenty of Gaming power but you will save several thousand in cost.

It is an MSI Z97 Guard PRO. its a pretty good board. I have the H97 Guard pro. The MSI gaming3 board I originally offered has more features and heavier duty heat dissipation but this board will do you fine if you are not pushing it crazy past the limit.
