1: I was wonder if this GPU will be about to run games on ultra and maintain a stable 60 FPS when I play by myself.
2: Also I was wondering if this will let allow me to stream smoothly?

Any questions for me just leave a comment and I'll get back to you very soon.

Drop ZOTAC for EVGA, higher rep than ZOTAC plus it's arguably the most reliable manufacturer. I would usually keep AMD and AMD together, but GPU is personal preference. You cannot go wrong with a 770.

Here's where bias comes in. I personally prefer Intel and Nvidia builds, but that's just me. Any reason why you chose AMD?

You could actually get a better performing i5 for the same price of the fx-8000 and a cheaper motherboard, and you wouldn't need the aftermarket cooler either.

I can stream pretty smoothly @1080P on an i3 with only 4gbs of RAM and a 750ti though: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/wxccCJ
(but due some game specific related issues i'm planning to see if it performs any different with 8gbs of ram. It's probably the game though as it's in closed beta)

Yes, im prefering AMD over intel, its not like Intel is bad or anything. Intel is pretty good. Bt i am always going for a price perfomence ration. And yes ofcourse, if you are going with AMD inorder to use ur CPU under full load for more time and for overclocking you need an after market cooler. I know that.. Ussually when playing Ghosts, BF4 or if I am doing sum pretty good rendering my CPU is hitting 65+ (not reaching 70 though). bt then again, ive been using intel years ago, switched to amd, cz, i think its perfomence is good. Ive used core 2 duo, quad, i3 and i5 (2nd gen only). In my office I am using i5 it doesnt quite met my expectations..

And yes, instead of 770, you can go for 290, bt mind the TDP...
