Hi all!

Self-built config as above, 4770k CPU, llatest BIOS updated via QFlash (f4).BIOS settings stock/default/auto.

System radically unstable with two sticks, but completely solid with either stick in either slot.

Temperatures look okay, but happy to look at any readings if it helps.

Grateful for any suggestions!

Best,

Hi, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support and would like to offer our assistance. The HyperX blu memory should work properly with the Z97 chipset and i7-4470k. On default settings the memory would typically run on the DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1600 standard. Since the memory controller works harder with two modules inserted than one there could be a heating issue. If you have not already see if there is a difference in CPU temp between using one module or two. This is a small form factor and the cases for it do not all include ample fans for cooling. For further assistance, please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist you.

Thank you for selecting Kingston as...
