CoolerMaster's Extreme2 series is plagued with fake ratings and sub-par performance on top of that...

ok i have a small problem here and i dont know where it comes from,i can hear the HDD restarting several times some times it doesnt show in mycomputer,the manufacturer said that the HDD is ok,could it be my psu ? could it be failing ?

If the computer works fine aside from having trouble detecting the HDD, it could be the HDD but it could also be a problem with the motherboard, the SATA data cable or the SATA power cable.
Simplest way to test would be putting the HDD in a different PC or external USB enclosure and see if it behaves differently. If you get the same result, the problem likely is the HDD.

Depends on which brand. The B series are not that great. The Nex series are decent but you can definitely get better for the price. The G2 series and the P2 series have received extremely high reviews and are generally accepted as some of the best on the market.
