Arial Font Corrupted

Hello, I recently added a new registery in my system which totally messed up my Arial Font. It is appearing in weird typeface and many symbols such as $, etc. are missing.
I've tried re-installing the Arial font but it does not help. I've never made a backup of my registry so I cannot restore it.
I don't want to re-install windows.
Please help!!

You can try to do a system restore to an earlier time if you have restore points setup.

Other than that, without knowing what you changed would be impossible to fix without basically a clean setup.

You can try to do a repair setup of Windows which won't wipe anything.

I don't think that windows repair will solve anything. Other than that, is there anything that can be done? Plz

It says that there are no restore points created. What should I do?
