Help with Motherboard!!!

hi guys i need help picking a motherboard thats under £80 for a fx8320 that i'm going to overclock to turbo mabey 4.2

Its not possible to get that unfortunately. To overclock and for the 8320 you need a solid power phase design and only the high end 990fx motherboards will serve your purpose.

I recommend an ASUS M5a99Fx or Sabertooth.

well i was thinking of an asrock extreme 3 but the one you suggested is a bit over my budget.

is that gigabyte good enought for a 4.2gh OC?

The Gigabyte board should be enough, I've seen people getting 4.8GHz on that board since it has an 8+2 power phase.

so your 100% sure that i should go for this gigabyte mobo over the asrock extreme 3 or the ASUS M5a99Fx?
im about to buy a mobo see and i don't want to make the wrong decision.

Over AsRock Extreme3? Yes. Over Asus M5A99FX? No, but the Asus board is way over the budget you stated above.
