USB 3.0 cable on Corsair 600T case

Just about have the system together, and now am working on the front panel connections. There is what's labeled as a USB 3.0 cable that looks like it's an external cable, but it was inside the case. Where exactly is this supposed to go?

The USB cable inside the case is basically this: http://www.cablewholesale.com/products/usb-firewire/usb-2.0-cables/product-10u2-02110bk.php?utm_source=NexTag&utm_medium=cpc. What I don't know is where it's supposed to go.

Unfortunately as nice as Corsair cases are ( I have one ) they miss the boat on the front side USB 3.0 cables. The cable I posted above is what you need. Your mother board if support USB 3.0 will have the 20 pin header.
