Hello,i've got a problem with my new graphic card, when I put it in my PC..it won't start running, all I got are the coolers starting for 2-3sec. and than it's like an reboot.
My graphic card is a Asus ATI Radeon 5450 Silent...
It might be the powersupply? It's an 450 watts powersupply.
I tested the graphic card, I putted it on a PC with 450 watts powersupply and guess what,it works. . . I don't know what to do.If you guys can help me,I will be grateful

Does the PC boot with a different card or on board video if available? Sounds like the mobo might be toast.

Maybe the power supply, if it's a cheap brand it is likely that. If you can put in the other PSU in your system to test would rule out any other issues pretty quickly.

Yup. If it's not putting out enough juice the card won't power on. ^^ test the psu.

If your motherboard has a PCIe 1 slot, it may have issues with newer PCIe video cards. Did you try swapping power supplied and also try a BIOS update.
