Computer has been restarting suddenly, I noticed it happen once a few months ago but didn't think anything of it. It is doing it very frequently now to the point where I cannot do anything. Tried to do some self diagnosing and when I disconnect my graphics card completely it stops doing it. Would this more than likely be a bad PSU instead of GPU? What kind of tests can I do without having a second PC to eliminate one or the other?

AsRock Z77
Intel Core i5-4670K
GTX 660 2GB FTW
CORSAIR Vengeance 4GBx2
Western Digital WD Blue 250GB
COUGAR COUGAR-GX700 700W

It could be the PSU, but that is a decent PSU according to this:

Do you live near a Best Buy store? They have a 14 day return policy. Since you don';t have another PC to load your video card into then the option is to buy a new one, install it, and if it does NOT solve the problem return it. Might have to do the same for the PSU. (BTW your PSU should have more than enough power for your rig, you could, if necessary, probably drop to a 600watt unit as long as it had the required number of PCI-E connectors)
Would a friend let you use their computer to test the video card?

I am thinking I will try re applying cpu thermal paste because it hasn't been done in quite some time then move on to testing individual components.
