I installed a 3TB Disk into my computer. Made into GPT and then tried to format it (NTFS, Default, Quick Format). It's been saying "Formatting" for over 10 minutes in the Disk Management page so far. Anyone mind helping me...? I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit. Would also like to note that I am unable to cancel the format.
