PS:

-you need a cpu cooler for this cpu. For stock operation Noctua NH-L12 is a great option.
-NZXT Phantom 820 is already fully equipped with one 140mm and three 200mm fans for the high airflow and a integrated 4-channel digital fan controller with 15 Watts per channel and LED indicators.
