I replaced a P4 MB with an Intel DG35EC Motherboard and updated the CPU to a Core 2 Duo 6450. when it goes through the boot screen, Win XP flashes then it goes to the Safe Boot screen, I choose Start Windows normally, and it goes back to the Safe Mode choice screen. I tried boot in safe mode and with prompt but it continues to go back to the Safe Mode choice screen. do i have to reload windows?
