Hi,

My pc is constantly crashing to desktop no matter what game I play and sometimes even blue screens. Occasionally, it will give me an error message about my driver crashing and then recovering and once when it blue screened it said "the instruction at 0x01a0c3b7 referenced memory at 0x069a7000.The memory could not be read”

Thanks in advance for any help.

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM

Is it happening jst to sims or to every other game?
Ther code 0xc0000005 is ussually for access violation. You can google it, and you will get many issues related to that, happing to games and softwares.
And can be because of many reason. If you have a GPU, try a clean install. And try again.

Try updating graphics drivers first, if no better try with a single stick of memory, still blue screen try other stick by itself... Issue doesn't go away I would lean toward a hard drive failing

Yes, hard drive can also be a problem. You can check it in Disk Management.

It's every single game I've been playing.

Not disk management...event viewer, system in admin tool control panel. If you see ntfs errors or disks, time to back up if you haven't already. Good luck!

I mentioned disk management cz, if there is any read/write errors in disk, disk manager will surely show the health n issues. Least i think so. :(
