Hey guys... i'm so confused. let me explain...
so i started out building my computer about a month ago and everything powered on, all the fans turned, but nothing came up onto my monitor. I tried three different cables (HDMI, VGA, DVI) and two different monitors. still same thing. at first i thought it was my GPU so I sent it back to newegg for a replacement. After waiting 3 days i found out that i forgot to send a DVI to VGA adapter. so i went and shipped it back to them, but 2 days later they posted it as return to sender so i was pissed off and went and had to go back for them to ship it yet again. at this point i was just done so i went and bought another GPU from my local best buy. i rushed home and still the same issue. so then i thought it was my motherboard. So i, yet again, had to get another new part. I just got my new mobo today and still the same damn problem. ive checked all of the cables, tried each RAM stick in each slot and still nothing. But with my new motherboard i have a CPU LED light that is solid red. My motherboard is a ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0.

Here are my specs:
AMD FX8350
Radeon R9270x
ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
G.Skill Ripjaw 8gb with 2 sticks of 4 gb ea
Coolermaster V650 80+ gold
i think those are the only parts that matter.... can anyone help?

Also before i put in my cpu today i checked it for bent pins

Solution
on asus mb there be four issues that cause the red led cpu to stay on. one is the 8 pin pci power plug on the mb is not plugged in or the wrong cable was used (video power 8 pin and not 8 pin cpu power). the cpu heat sink on to tight and crushing the cpu. the mb is shorted to the case (no standoffs or missing a standoff or rear io shield is shorting out the mb. the mb bios that on the mb is old. if your mb has the asus usb flashback port try installing the newest bios file. the last is a bad power supply and the cpu power legs are missing outputs or there too low.

Look for a switch next to the red light. Is it the "Mem OK" light?
