Please tell me which graphics card will be best for my PC
Ati HD 7790, HD 6850 or GTX 560 non Ti

My pc specs are:

Intel core i3-2100 3.10 GHz
RAM 4 Gb (2x2)
Motherboard model: DH61WW
PSU is 500 Watt

I want to play games like Assassins Creed Unity, Batman Arkham Knight and Watch dogs at least on medium settings.

BECAUSE NOT ALL PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TODAYS VIDEO CARD THATS WHY!
The HD 7790 is the fastest and most power efficient of these three cards.

Benchmark:

HD 6850 isn't in this benchmark, but its performance is between the HD 7770 and GTX 560. The HD 7790 is faster than both.

On top of that, the newer architecture of the HD 7790 uses a lot less power.
The GTX 560 has a TDP of 160W and required two PCI-E power connectors.
The HD 6850 has a TDP of 127W and requires one PCI-E power connector.
The HD 7790 has a TDP of 85W and requires one PCI-E power connector.

The HD 7790 is only one generation behind, using exactly the same manufacturing process.
The equivalent in current generation cards is the R7 260X. It is a little faster and has TrueAudio support. The power usage is also higher at 115W. It is not a very compelling upgrade.

The GTX 750 Ti is much more impressive, offering similar performance with a TDP of only 60W, but this is a more expensive card.

Choice of card does to some extent rely on the power supply too.
For the GTX 750 Ti you want a power supply with a rating of 18A on the +12V rails.
For the HD 7790 you want a power supply with a rating of 20A on the +12V rails.
For the R7 260X you want a power supply with a rating of 23A on the +12V rails.
For the HD 6850 you want a power supply with a rating of 25A on the +12V rails.
For the GTX 560 you want a power supply with a rating of 28A on the +12V rails.

In order of performance from best to worst:
R7 260X > GTX 750 Ti > HD 7790 > GTX 560 > HD 6850

Most cheap 500W power supplies should be OK with the HD 7790 and I think this is the best value recommendation.

There's new cards that are better than those old ones (assuming they are all unused) and cost about the same or just a few bucks more. So keep your hair on...
If you can't afford to pay 5 or 10 bucks more for a better card then work harder. Or ask your mom for more allowance.

Yeah the 7790 isn't that old, we could add a GTX 650 Ti and 660 as well then, those are decent cards who need only a 400-500W PSU.
But the other cards he mentioned are very old, so I was wondering if he even knew that they're not new cards.

Watch dogs benchmark, 1920x1080 with low detail:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/watch-dogs-pc-performance,3833-5.html

The HD 7790 is faster than the R7 250X in this benchmark, which is holding a minimum frame rate of 44 FPS.
The R7 250X is simply a re-badged HD 7770.
Medium detail is a little more taxing on the graphics card.
I would expect the HD 7790 to easily hold a minimum frame rate of over 30 FPS with medium detail settings, which is quite playable.
