is there any practical uses for my 560SE?

MSI z97-G41 with i7-4790
PCI 1-3.0x16, 1-2.0x4
1-GTX560 SE 2.0x16

and

1-GTX760 just arrived.

My question would be is there any practical uses for my 560SE?

thanks, a backup card is my backup plan... and it feels nice to have such a capable backup.

But, no offloading of PhysX to its GPU freeing the 760 to fly higher?

I'm not otherwise limited by my Rosewill 530 constant, 630 watts peak, 41amp on the +12v rail. PSU calculator indicates I can run both cards and CPU at 100% to the point of 30% degradation which I presume to mean 3 years? Oh and I don't OC anything, and have but 4Gb of ram, and two new physical hdds.
