Usually its by pressing DEL repeated after you power on. Usually theres a message bout pressing XX to enter setup - Press what ever it says.

By pressing repeatedly I dont me press & release it as fast as you can. Press and hold it for 1 sec, let go and immediate press and hold it for 1 sec, Repeat as needed until you see a message about entering setup. Then you can stop.

It also might be F12, F11, Esc, shift+Esc... You might want to read your manual for it if its not obvious the next time you boot up.

It all depends on your motherboard. For me, ASRock motherboard, allows for either del or f2. Some say f10, others esc. Look up your motherboard's manual and it will have BIOS setup in there.

Also, if the CPU allows for integrated graphics, plug the HDMI/DVI/whateveryouuse cable into the MOTHERBOARD slot and change the preference to the graphics card in BIOS. If CPU doesn't allow integrated graphics, then put the cable in the graphics card and the mobo will automatically detect it.
