Wondering can i fit a bottom mounted power supply to top of case

PSU aren't classified where they're mounted - any PSU can go in the top or the bottom, it's completely dependent on what the case supports.

As said, Top or Bottom doesnt matter. What matters is you order the correct size, with ATX, mATX, mITX, TFX being the most common I think, followed by the wattage you need.
