I WISH FOR A CONFIRMATION on THIS BUILD $1000 BUDGET FOR EVERYTHING

I have these parts and peripherals picked out for a friend. He will only be gaming on this. The games are a bit older though/less demanding but I want it to look good for him. I'm trying to keep the budget to $1000 for everything including peripherals while have a solid system he can upgraded in the future if he wants.

I fix computers and build them, I'm just not 100% sure when picking out parts, so any suggestions would be great.

Well first off Raidmax is a tier 5 power supply. I would go with a Seasonic,EVGA or XFX. Maybe go to a R9 270X and a Evo 212 CPU cooler. If you can maybe go with a AMD 8320.
