Im getting this random solid blue screen crash.

it is not blue screen error. it is a solid light blue screen with no error code and I can t do anything but to reset my computer. so far i have gotten 4 crashes like since i have built the system in May. is this gpu problem? It is not normal blue screen where i see the error code. Also color is different. It is light blue with no error messages. it is just solid light blue color.

system:
amd fx 6300 at stock clock
asrock fatality 990fx killer am3+
corsair cx750m
XFX Double D R9-270X 2gb
crucial 8gb 2x4 1333mhz

it is random and it is hard to replicate. it happens maybe once every 2 to 3 months. but it looks like this.http://www.eightforums.com/attachments/general-support/21947d1368754079-files-missing-after-reinstall-lightbluebackgroundbmp.jpg.
im currently using windows 7 ultimate

it does not crash when I game. And I have test gpu with 3d furmark for an hour and my cpu for 3 hours and no crash. if i remember correctly, the computer only crashed when I was browsing using firefox.
