it is not blue screen error. it is a solid light blue screen with no error code and I can t do anything but to reset my computer. so far i have gotten 4 crashes like since i have built the system in May. is this gpu problem? It is not normal blue screen where i see the error code. Also color is different. It is light blue with no error messages. it is just solid light blue color.

asrock fatality 990fx killer am3+
corsair cx750m
XFX Double D R9-270X 2gb

If you OC, it`s due to bad OC.
Try to reset your OC settings to default and load again.

Think you can use your phone or camera and get a pic for us?
It sounds like your GPU is defective, or your CPU gave up somehow along the way.

Do you play game when it crashed? Information is vague, try to stress your CPU, after that try to stress your GPU and see if any of them fails.

Use Prime 95 for CPU stress and Unengine valley for GPU stress.

Well that looks like the background of the BSOD screen, but it appears your CPU is giving up on a error report.
I'd suggest a reinstall of Windows.
