Okay so I have a Samsung Chronos Series 7 13 inch. And all I have is a HDMI port and 2 free USB ports that I'm not using. How do I set up dual monitors in my situation? Also, the monitors that I'm looking to purchase are these.

Thanks!

It's not really made for dual external monitors. But you may be able to use the HDMI for one display and the VGA for the other. The HDMI will require an HDMI to DVI adapter or cable.

Will I be able to use a USB External Video Display Adapter? To connect a second monitor?

That is one thing I've never tried. USB is not designed for video. It would have to be converted at both ends and I doubt your laptop and monitor has that capability.
