Help upgrading my mobo

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GWR9cf is my system but using this mobo insteadhttps://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_HERO/overview/ The mobo i currently have is great, however there is a constant white noise that pretty much overpowers every other noise i have. At first i thought it was my headset, but once i found out that was not the headset when i brought a new pair. I did a bit of reading and appearently this mobo i have is known to be buggy. I tried looking for a fix i can download however i have had no luck. If anyone knows of a fix please link if not please help me find a good mobo price limit is 400 bucks

http:// Head to that site put the whitenoise volume around 4-5 its that but a tad higher pitch. that is what i am constantly having to deal with.

No idea why the link is showing only the HTTP but the link works for me.
