Hello. I'm currently looking at buying a new tower to replace my old Dell Studio 540. I've been looking at sites like iBuyPower, and CyberPower, and my friend helped me price out a pc.

I will mainly be using this computer for casual gaming (The Sims 3, The Sims 4, Minecraft, Portal 2, CitiesXL, etc.) I know that The Sims 3 is a 5 year old game, but I play with all of the 20 Expansions and Stuff pack DLC, which increases the specs quite a bit. I also need to be able to simultaneously record 1080p FRAPs video.

This custom PC from iBuyPower is a little out of my price range ($910), and I would love to hear your thoughts on how I can better customize it. I'm also open to other ideas besides just iBuyPower.
