Hey,
I'm building this computer in a month or two and I wanted to know if the list of components I chose should be good for my needs.

Needs: I need a decently fast computer, with a graphics card that can handle games such as Arma 3 or Watch Dogs on High or Ultra settings, and still get an average frame rate of around 60. I also need a computer with editing capabilities, because my current computer fails to render some effects. Also, there is a price cap of about $600. The way it looks is not an issue.

This is my list of components:
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 370K 4.2 GHz Dual-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H ATX FM2+
RAM: 8GB of DDR3-1600 G.Skill Ripjaws
Storage: Western Digital RE3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card: MSI Geforce GTX 650 1GB
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 200R ATX
Power Supply: CoolMax 300W ATX
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224B/BEBE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Once again, I need a gaming and editing PC for under $600. Please tell me what I should change and/or keep to meet my needs. Thanks!

There are some severe weaknesses in your build [ cpu , power supply ] , and I think its possible to do better at that price .

Hi there.
The build looks good, but there are few things I would change.
1. You're definetly going to need a bigger power supply - probably 550-600W would do the job.
2. The memory is ok, but nonetheless I would prefer 2x4GB DDR3-1833 in dual channel with lower CAS latency (let's say 9), because it will give a slightly better performance and faster initial load.
3. Instead of WD RE3 hard drive I would prefer WD Black, because it has bigger cache of 64MB and SATA III interface, which will give you better loading times in gaming.
Hope this helps.
Cheers! :)

Thanks a million, I realized the fault in the power supply and HDD. I already bought the RAM, and I'll probably upgrade later, but thanks anyway. I changed to a Cooler Master Elite V2 550W.
