I would like to know if I have enough wattage and if the PSU is a good one.CPU: FX-8320GPU:Radeon R9 270PSU: Raidm

You have a PSU that says 530 watts .... whether it can deliver any where near that is unlikely.

This is Guru3D's generic power supply recommendation for the R7 and R9 series:

AMD R9 270 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.
AMD R9 270 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

Look for an XFX Core Edition 500 or 650, Seasonic S12 - 620

I wish I could be flexible guys, I know the PSU isn't very good, but can I last for at least 2 months until the winter deals start rolling in? The thing is it comes with a Newegg combo that is great except for the power supply. Thanks for fast responses everyone.

Do you wish to OC the CPU? If yes, then you can go ahead with the CPU-GPU combo, but since you'll be OCing, I wouldn't put that PSU in the build, even EVGA 500/600B which's $30/35 resp will be enough and a lot better choice. You'd also need an af cooler and good OCing MoBo for an eight core processor.
If you're willing to do that, well and good, or else i5 non-K with B85/H81 MoBo and something like 270 or 270X is another great option besides being good on even 450W VP.

My whole budget including cpu, GPU, ram mono, power supply, HDD, case, windows 8, cm hyper evo 212, and CD drive is about $750-760. Though while I can find the parts cheap, they usually come with rebates and I dislike them.
