I have decided to make a gaming pc in India

Configs

Intel i5-4460 at 3.2 GHZ
Msi geforce 750ti 2GB OC
Msi B85M-G43 motherboard
Seagate 1TB HDD
Corsair 1x8GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair vs450/cx500 psu

Is the CPU and GPU good?

Plaza suggest me if something better!

Budget--50000. INR

Solution
Yes its a great CPU for gaming, won't bottleneck any GPU and is enough for comfortable FPS on any game maxed out.

Go with 2X4GB config for RAM, the MoBo is DIMM meaning it runs optimally in pairs of sticks.

Also, avoid Corsair CX/ VS/ CS/ builder series for PSUs, they're low quality, this PSU is better:

GPU is good for high-ultra gaming with ~40 FPS, you can go with 27 265 or 270 for something better, it'll be slightly better than 750 Ti.

The CPU looks good. For the motherboard I would suggest an H97 board so it will be compatible with future Intel releases such as Broadwell.
For the GPU, the car you selected is 2 GB but its stretched across a 128bit rate. I would suggest a R9 270x card which is a 256bit card, you will get much better performance:
http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r9-270x-boost-oc-2-gb-ddr5-graphics-card/p/itmdtp5j69ssu9gj?pid=GRCDTP5J69SSU9GJ&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=r9+270&ref=643e4ab9-e86b-4980-a712-4bad07f4a359

For the memory, if you select a pair of 4GB sticks it will give you better performance because it will allow the memory to run in duel channel mode.

The power supply is ok. it could be better but if you are not overclocking it should serve your needs.

Nope, that's a downgrade from i5 for nothing great, it'll cap you to 270X/280 as any better GPU will be bottlenecked and it isn't the one which can max out any CPU intensive game either. i5 is the way to go for any good budget gaming build :)
