Just got asus p8z68 v-pro GEN3 mobo and I put in my case and when I go to boot it makes 4 beeps and won't go to BIOS I tried everything to make sure I did it right. I tried another mobo and it worked fine but once I put the P8Z68 beeps 4 times then restarts. Idk what to do now I thinkni can fix it but I need some input from more experienced builders.

Do you update the BIOS yet? Because the Z68 MB need new BIOS ( 3202 version at least ) to support 3rd gen i5-3570K. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z68V_PROGEN3/HelpDesk_Download/
If no, you need the old 2nd Gen cpu update the BIOS, then use the i5-3570K. http://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1008280/
