Gigabyte Radeon R9280x OC 3GB ?!

Recently, I bought Gigabyte Radeon R9280x OC 3GB and shocks me. I get only 40 to 18 fps in Crisis 3 .
I used these settings

I thought that the problem maybe in my old spec I5 3330 and 8G ram,,,so I've changed to I7 3770 and added 4G ram BUT it's useless>>>>>>>>>>still have the same shitty frame rate???!
Did I pay the extra cost for nothing or do I have some other problems???
Also both CPU and GPU temp are too high 74 for both???
PLZ PLZ PLZ,,,,, some tell me what to do?

Considering how CPU and GPU heavy that game is, also AMD cards are tend to stress the CPU more than Nvidia . Turn down your antialiasing to SMAA. MSAA x 4 is too heavy for your r9 280x.

You should be fine with your system and I do agree that Crisis 3 is not well optimized for Radeon cards. Try to lower your settings and see if it boost your FPS. Also get the latest Catalyst drivers 14.4 or 14.7 beta.
