I was wondering if someone could give me maybe some recommendations on pc gaming builds for games such as BF4,TF2,Splinter cell,Assassin's creed,etc at high to ultra graphics at my be a price range from 900-700 and if you could please include the OS I personally like Windows 8.1 but 7 is fine
