overclocking my system.

hi, i have overclocked my sytsem in the bios but when i look at the stats on windows it dosent show that i have increased the speeds, the bios does but not any other software. what does this mean, a quick response would be great.

You'll need to download a program like CPU-Z. As far as I know windows only reports the stick speed of your cpu. Does the same to me. Cpuz will give you loads of vital information about your rig.

i clocked my 3470 to 3.6 but is only reporting 3.4

Post some pictures of BIOS or CPUz so we can take a look. If you set it correctly in BIOS, that's what it should run at.
