I want to buy a gainward nvedia GeForce gtx 650. Its requirements are:
PCI Express Compliant Motherboard with One Dual-width x16 Graphics Slot, One 6-pin PCI Express Supplementary Power Connector, Minimum 400 W or Greater System Power Supply (with a Minimum 12 V Current Rating of 20 A)

Will my motherboard support this?

Almost any motherboard will, these days. The 6-pin etc comes from the power supply, so the only requirement is an x16 PCI-E graphics slot. Been a long time since I've seen a full-sized motherboard without one.

Since that card supports PCI-E 3.0, you'll get the most theoretical bandwidth from a motherboard with PCI-E 3.0. Again, the majority these days.

What kinda processor will you be using?
