I want to buy a licensed copy of windows 8.1. I assembled my computer myself recently . I want to know --
1) can i Install windows 8.1 OEM SL version on my desktop computer ? or it only for company build model laptop and PC .
2) what are the cons of OEM SL versions ? like no future OS upgrade or language restrictions .
3) what is not available to OEM SL version ? like any software or network related job .
4) with OEM SL version can I play any any game online like MMO ? like skyrim online.
Is Windows 8 OEM is not bound to motherboard and other hardware ?
When I upgrade my hardware can i use same copy of OS ?
