when i start computer my idle temperature is 41 is this good ? my gpu 7970 dual x

Depeding on ambient room temperature and other things such as constant direct sunlight on the PC case, cable management, negative airflow I would say it's an acceptable idle temp. If you worry about it you can set up custom fan speeds with certain software.
Now I don't know your room or PC case so I would not know if it would be normal temperatures in this case.
