I'm kinda new to this.
I just bought a new graphics card, do I only need to download the latest drivers or I should download the old ones as well?

just the latest. Make sure that you obtain the drivers from the chip manufacturer's website, not the card manufacturer's website.

For example, obtain the latest drivers from AMD.com or NVidia.com. Many card manufacturers mirror these drivers, but they may be out of date.
