Hello,

I've just switched out my motherboard earlier today and ever since my Graphics Card has became increasingly noisy by maybe 70%. Is there something I am missing?

noisy... like the fan is running at 100% constantly or coil whine or what exactly?
If it's just the fan try re-installing the drivers, also windows might need some repairs, old installations don't usually work neatly with new mobos...

What kind of sound is it?

Youtube: 'Coilwhine Graphics Card'

Is it the same as that or?

Are your 6-pin/8 pins connected correctly? (in the card and PSU?)

you can boot up using the installation/recovery discs and should then be able chooce the repair option somewhere down the line. It varies a bit between different versions of windows and whether it is a recovery disc and what not... but that is the basic idea.

If it doesnt work you might need to do a complete reinstallation...

edit but before you do any of that, reinstall the graphics drivers.

Download MSI Afterburner and make a custom profile. (Make it ramp up to max of 65-70%)

-edit- : When you are in MSI Afterburner.. check the temperature aswell..
